A bit about me

I'm a Staff Software Engineer with 8+ years in distributed backend engineering - most at home when the problem is still undefined and I have to figure out what to build, not just how.

Lately that's meant building production AI agent tooling and LLM integrations from scratch, alongside the usual deep backend and performance work. I raise the bar around me through technical leadership and mentorship, and I'm a regular speaker at the JS Monthly Meetup in London.

Outside of work, I'm a passionate hiker and traveler - always looking for the next trail or city to explore.
